Ordering:
We encourage you to enter your credit card number on our secure order form, but if you don't feel comfortable doing it just give us a call at (888) 770-7666, Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and we will be glad to take your order over the phone.
We do not ship COD orders. 
When using coupons, please enter the coupon number in the appropriate field in the order form to have your discount calculated automatically.

Government Agencies:
If you are purchasing products for Government Agencies, please fax your purchase order to (305)854-2474, and someone from our sales team will contact you. You can also place your order over the phone at 888-770-7666, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6:00PM EST and then fax your purchase order in.

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery can take anywhere from two to ten working days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select. Excluded from this time window are international orders and any packages that must be sent via a shipper other than UPS or Fedex, ie. US Postal Service or common carrier.

Domestic: We use UPS and Fedex for all domestic shipments. Shipping charges are calculated automatically before order is placed. If you live in Florida 7% sales tax will be added to your order. All shipments are insured.

Next Day Shipping: Your order will be shipped the next business day for delivery the following business day. To qualify for next day delivery, your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 10 am EST. We cannot offer Next Day Shipping during weekends or holidays.

Second Day Air Shipping: Your order will be shipped the next business day for scheduled delivery in two business days. To qualify for Second Day Air Shipping, your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 10 am EST. We cannot offer Second Day Air Shipping during weekends or holidays.

Standard UPS Ground Delivery: Your order will be shipped next business day for scheduled delivery in seven to ten business days (not including holidays and weekends). To qualify for scheduled delivery, your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 10 am EST.

International: When the delivery address is entered, shipping charges are calculated automatically before order is placed. We use U.S. Mail, Fedex and UPS for all international orders. If you prefer other shipping method please contact us. All international shipments are insured at no extra cost. We must have a phone and/or a fax before we can ship your order. Duty and other import taxes are not prepaid. 
UPS Standard to Canada Service: Brokerage fees will apply. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) may apply.
Hablamos Espanol - Falamos Portugues. When you choose to pay by check, money order or wire transfers, you will be advised of actual shipping charges. We will ship your order when your check clears. We will evaluate your order by weight and determine the most economical method of shipment. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on any international orders.  We do not ship rods, outriggers and bulk items overseas.

Gift Certificates:
 Gift certificates must be redeemed through our Web site, http://www.tackletogo.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Tackletogo.com's online catalog and sold by Tackletogo.com.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
Gift certificates and their use on our Web site are subject to our general Conditions of Use.
Tackletogo.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Warranty and Returns:
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 21 days for an exchange or a refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Items that are returned in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print / type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. All returned items must be in new condition with all unused accessories and in original carton. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact the manufacturer for all warranties in electronics and electric products, we will honor the manufacturer's warranties on all other products.

Any items missing from your order will be marked out of stock and will be backordered for up to 30 days, unless requested otherwise.
